Join the Arizona Assisted Living Buyer Network

A significant share of Arizona assisted living homes change hands without a public listing. Owners have good reasons for that: residents, families and caregivers are all affected by news of a sale, and many owners would rather not put the home on a marketplace at all.

Those sales go to buyers who are already known, already qualified and already waiting. The network is how that group is maintained.

What we ask you for

The form asks for enough to match you sensibly and no more. Your name and contact details, where you are currently based, whether you already own or operate assisted living, the Arizona markets and bed count you are targeting, your approximate budget and available cash, whether you expect to need SBA financing, and your intended timeline.

Why we ask about cash

The budget and cash questions are the ones people hesitate over. They matter because they are the difference between being sent opportunities you can act on and being sent everything.

What we can help with once you are in

Membership is not only a mailing list. Most members use it for the questions that come up while they are evaluating something: whether an asking price is defensible, what the due diligence on a specific home should focus on, how a licensing timeline will interact with their lender, or whether a particular property is worth the trip.

There is no cost to those conversations, and no expectation that you buy through us to have them.

A note on timing

Buyers often hold off joining until they feel ready, which usually means until they have financing arranged and a market chosen. That is backwards. Knowing what has come up and what it sold for over six months is precisely the information that tells you whether your budget and your expectations line up.

Joining early costs nothing and gives you a much better sense of the market than any amount of reading listings can.

Buyers with a defined budget and a near-term timeline usually hear from us directly within a business day, because those opportunities move quickly.

Buyers on a longer horizon receive opportunities and guidance as they come up, with no pressure attached.

Either way, nothing is shared with third parties and there is no obligation to act on anything you are sent.

No. You are asking to be told about opportunities. Nothing obliges you to pursue any of them.

Join anyway. Most serious buyers spend six to twelve months learning the market before they make an offer, and knowing what has sold in that time is useful preparation.

No. It is used to match you with relevant opportunities and nothing else.
