✦ Specialist knowledge, easier to find
Make Relevant Expertise Easier to Find.
Assisted living owners and buyers need professionals who understand their facility size, operating model, and Arizona requirements.
Our Marketplace organizes providers by service category and Arizona markets served. It gives visitors a starting point for finding relevant support and evaluating which providers fit their needs.
✦ Clear terms from the start
Network Membership and Directory Listings Are Separate
Joining the professional network registers your interest and communication preferences. It does not automatically publish your information.
To appear publicly in the Marketplace, submit a separate directory application with your business description, service category, markets served, and contact information. Applications are reviewed before publication.
Basic network membership is free. Basic directory listings are currently free, subject to review. Any future optional paid placement will be clearly identified.
✦ A directory listing is not an endorsement.
Visitors should independently evaluate qualifications, licensing, insurance, experience, and service suitability.
✦ A useful professional profile
What the directory listing includes
An approved profile may include your company or professional name, service category, Arizona markets served, business description, website, and the public contact details you authorize us to display.
Choose contact information intended for public use. Network registration details are separate from the information submitted for your directory profile.
If your services or contact details change, request an update. You can also request removal of your listing.

✦ Share what experience has taught you
Share Your Professional Expertise
Professionals may propose educational contributions on topics such as financing, licensing, accounting, insurance, staffing, and property improvements.
Useful contributions answer practical ownership questions, explain relevant requirements, and distinguish facts from professional opinions. Proposals are reviewed for accuracy, relevance, and fit before publication.
✦ Meet people at the point of need
How owners and buyers find you here
The website connects educational topics with relevant professional services. Visitors researching financing, licensing, valuation, or operations can explore related Marketplace categories.
A directory profile helps visitors understand what you do, where you work, and how to contact you. Membership and listing do not guarantee inquiries, introductions, or business.
✦ Keep the directory useful
What we ask of listed providers
Provide accurate information about your services, qualifications, and markets served. Respond professionally to inquiries and explain the scope and limitations of your work.
Keep public profile details current and notify us of material changes. Listings may be reviewed, updated, or removed when information is inaccurate, outdated, or no longer fits the directory.

✦ A professional network works in both directions
Professional Connections Across the Ownership Lifecycle
Owners and buyers may need professional support when acquiring, operating, improving, or selling an assisted living home. Relevant introductions may be made when a client’s needs align with a provider’s services.
Professionals can also direct clients to our acquisition, valuation, and selling resources. Network participation does not guarantee referrals or create a referral-fee arrangement.

Does a listing cost anything?
Basic directory listings are currently free, subject to review. Any future optional paid or sponsored placement will be clearly labeled.
Can I be listed if I am not based in Arizona?
Providers based outside Arizona may apply if they genuinely serve Arizona assisted living owners or operators. Describe your Arizona service area and confirm that you meet any applicable licensing requirements.
This changes your current “No” policy. I recommend eligibility based on serving Arizona, which allows relevant national lenders, software providers, and other specialists.
Will you send me referrals?
Relevant introductions may be made when needs align, but membership and directory participation do not guarantee referrals, inquiries, or business.
What if I also broker assisted living transactions?
The service-provider directory focuses on categories that complement our buyer and seller representation services. Firms offering competing brokerage services should contact us to discuss eligibility before applying.
Does joining automatically publish my information?
No. Network registration and public directory publication are separate. A directory application must be reviewed before a profile is published.
Do I have to link back to this website?
No. You are welcome to share the network or link to your approved profile, but a reciprocal link is not required for basic membership or directory eligibility.
